Neova Sigorta has begun a new chapter by relocating its headquarters to the Istanbul Financial Centre, bringing its operations into a modern environment built around employee needs, collaboration and efficiency. The new office is not simply a change of address; it reflects the company’s broader vision for a more connected, productive and future-focused way of working.
Spread across four floors and offering approximately 6,312 square metres of usable space, the headquarters has been designed for nearly 400 employees. Work areas, meeting rooms, presentation spaces and communal sections have been carefully planned to support day-to-day workflows, while advanced technological infrastructure helps teams operate more effectively.
A workplace shaped by experience and performance
Located in one of Türkiye’s most important finance and business hubs, the new centre strengthens Neova Sigorta’s position within the wider industry ecosystem. By moving into the Istanbul Financial Centre, the company aims to deepen its connection with major sector players while also improving internal coordination and operational performance.
The office design follows a people-oriented model that places strong emphasis on employee experience. Every part of the layout has been structured to encourage communication, increase motivation and make collaboration between departments more natural. In this sense, the headquarters has been planned not only as a functional business setting, but also as a space that supports a stronger workplace culture.
Art integrated into the daily working environment
One of the most distinctive features of the new headquarters is its integration of art into everyday office life. Each floor and workspace includes specially selected or designed artworks intended to reflect the rhythm and character of different departments. This approach adds an inspiring and visually rich dimension to the office atmosphere.
Works by notable artists such as Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu, Ara Güler, Ergin İnan, Devrim Erbil, Deniz Sağdıç, Mehmed Özçay, Emrah Yücel and Matteo Mandelli contribute to the aesthetic identity of the new space. The result is an office environment where operational purpose and artistic inspiration exist side by side.
Leadership perspective on the move
Neslihan Neciboğlu, Managing Director of Neova Sigorta, stated that the new headquarters should be seen as a strategic investment in the company’s future rather than merely a new office. According to her, the goal was to create a setting that promotes cooperation, improves efficiency and places employees at the centre of the workplace experience.
The company believes this new headquarters will support both the daily experience of its teams and Neova Sigorta’s long-term sustainable growth journey.
