Updated fee brackets for dispute applications

Where the disputed amount falls between 8,501 TL and 17,000 TL, the fee is now 1,200 TL instead of 1,040 TL. This category has also recorded a 15.38 per cent increase.
For applications concerning disputes from 17,001 TL to 85,000 TL, the fee has been raised from 1,560 TL to 1,750 TL. The increase for this range is 12.18 per cent.
Rate unchanged for higher-value disputes
In cases where the disputed amount is 85,001 TL or more, the 1.8 per cent application fee rate remains unchanged. However, the minimum payable amount within this category has been increased from 1,560 TL to 1,750 TL, reflecting a 12.18 per cent rise.
The same fee structure will also apply to appeal applications. According to the Commission’s announcement, the previous tariff will be repealed and the new one will take effect from tomorrow.
