Protocol Work and Areas of Cooperation
During the discussions, both sides reviewed the protocol being prepared between the Insurance Arbitration Commission and the Institute of Forensic Medicine. Attention was given to the intended scope of the agreement, the areas where it may be applied, and the operational mechanisms that could enhance institutional coordination.
Particular importance was placed on expert assessments and medical evaluations, as these areas play a critical role in the fair and timely resolution of insurance-related disputes. The participants underlined that a more structured partnership could help cases progress with greater clarity and consistency.
Expected Contribution to Policyholders and the Sector
The planned collaboration is expected to support the Insurance Arbitration Commission in handling disputes more quickly, effectively, and on a stronger evidential basis. Beyond institutional efficiency, the protocol is also intended to improve the experience of policyholders by enabling a more dependable and responsive dispute resolution process.
By reinforcing cooperation between the two bodies, the initiative aims to contribute not only to the functioning of arbitration procedures but also to the delivery of more secure and trustworthy services for individuals seeking resolution in insurance claims and related disagreements.
