Neova Sigorta has secured a place among the notable brands in the insurance category of the G-250 Youth Index, a survey released by the Turkish Reputation Academy. The research focused on the preferences and perceptions of young adults aged 18 to 35, offering a broad view of how this demographic evaluates brands across Turkey.
For today’s younger generations, brand preference is shaped by far more than visibility alone. Trust, speed, transparency and the quality of the digital experience now play a central role in how decisions are made. In this context, being recognised by young consumers reflects not only awareness, but also the strength and relevance of the relationship a brand has built with its audience.
What the G-250 Youth Index reveals about young consumers
The study was carried out by the Turkish Reputation Academy, with Bursa Technical University serving as the research coordinator. Conducted through the CATI method, the survey gathered responses from more than 4,800 participants and covered 26 regions and 72 provinces throughout Turkey. It examined young people’s brand preferences, trust levels and reputation perceptions across nearly 40 sectors.
The findings show that younger consumers increasingly favour brands that are easy to reach, clear in their communication and dependable in their service. They are not satisfied with only receiving quality products or standard services; they also expect an experience that is seamless, understandable and responsive across every touchpoint.
Digital accessibility and confidence are shaping insurance choices
As digitalisation continues to transform consumer behaviour, the expectations placed on brands are also rising. A brand’s presence on digital channels, the tone of its communication and the authenticity of its engagement with users have become major influences on preference. For the insurance sector, this shift underlines the growing importance of customer experience and digital accessibility.
For young users, insurance is no longer viewed solely as a product that provides protection. It is increasingly seen as a service that should be easy to access, simple to understand and capable of delivering rapid support when needed. This evolving perspective is pushing insurers to rethink how they communicate and serve a digital-first audience.
Neova Sigorta’s focus on younger generations
Neova Sigorta continues to shape its strategy around improving customer experience, strengthening digital contact points and creating a more accessible communication approach. By placing the expectations of younger generations at the centre of its efforts, the company views its inclusion among the brands preferred by young people as a meaningful reflection of the progress it has made.
Neslihan Neciboğlu, Managing Director of Neova Sigorta, emphasised the value of this recognition by noting that younger consumers expect more than a strong product offering. According to her, they look for brands that inspire confidence, respond quickly, operate transparently and communicate in a way that feels familiar and relevant. She stated that Neova Sigorta is continuing to develop its customer experience, communication style and digital processes in line with these expectations.
