Emaa Sigorta A.Ş., a subsidiary of Golden Gateway Holding, was established on 25 October 2021 with a capital of 270,000,000 TL, headquartered in Istanbul, to operate in the non-life insurance sector in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, the Insurance Act, the Regulation on the Establishment and Operation of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, and relevant legislation. The company’s incorporation and articles of association were published in the Turkish Trade Register Gazette, issue no. 1089, dated 25 October 2021.
Emaa Sigorta A.Ş. has been granted a licence to operate in the following insurance branches: accident, health/medical, motor vehicles, transport, fire and natural disasters, general damage, general liability, credit, financial losses, legal protection and support, pursuant to SEDDK Decision No. 252 dated 1 June 2022.
