HDI Sigorta recently celebrated their top-performing agents, lauded as “Super Heroes,” during an exclusive event in Marrakech, Morocco. This gathering, part of the Heroes Club agent segmentation initiative, was a recognition for agents who demonstrated exceptional performance in sales and profitability throughout 2025.
The event was graced by senior figures from HDI Sigorta including General Manager Firuzan İşcan, Deputy General Manager for Sales Halil Bay, and their counterpart for Motor Technical and Actuarial Pricing, Ayşe Can Okyay. The participants indulged in a memorable cultural experience amidst the historical ambiance of Marrakech.

According to Firuzan İşcan, the solid partnership formed with their agents represents a cornerstone of the company’s sustainable growth strategy. “With a network of over 4,000 agents, we provide nationwide service across Turkey,” said İşcan. “Our business relationship is founded on mutual trust, recognizing our agents as our most valuable field asset. The Heroes Club categorizes its agents into “Super Heroes,” “Strong Heroes,” and “Invincible Heroes,” based on their annual achievements. By organizing such gatherings, HDI Sigorta aims to forge even stronger bonds with its agents. Last year’s Super Heroes enjoyed a trip to the French Riviera, and the 2025 cohort will be honored in an ceremony planned for later in the year, where notable achievements will be recognized with awards.
