Anadolu Sigorta: Digitalizing Transparency with the Integrated Activity Report

Anadolu Sigorta has begun a strategic transformation in its reporting by releasing its first Integrated Activity Report and, notably, launching the Online Summary Integrated Activity Report application as a digital companion to the document. This new approach is designed to present financial results, sustainability outlook, strategic priorities, and the value creation framework under a single umbrella for stakeholders.

The 2025 Integrated Annual Report documents performance across economic, environmental, social, and governance dimensions within a holistic context. It provides a comprehensive look at strategic priorities, the inputs and outputs of the company’s value creation model across capital components, the effects of operations on stakeholders, and future objectives. The report also includes a detailed assessment of risks and opportunities encountered along the way, consolidating financial and non-financial results, sustainability efforts, operational progress, and governance practices for the period 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025.

As Turkey’s leading insurer, Anadolu Sigorta has embraced digital innovations within the sector and, for the first time, introduced the Online Summary Integrated Activity Report—an accessible digital complement that distills the core insights of the full report. The initiative transfers essential information to a digital platform in a concise, reader-friendly format to enhance comprehension and experience.

Idil Pamir, Deputy General Manager, emphasizes that as the company approaches its second century, the emphasis is on transparent, accessible, and technology-driven communication. “This year we published our Integrated Activity Report for the first time and created a dynamic, interactive Online Summary that transcends the traditional PDF. It is not merely a document of numbers; it is a holistic platform that explains our strategy, sustainability approach, and value creation model through a digital experience. The Online Summary supports a clearer, more inclusive communication model for all stakeholders—investors, partners, employees, and the public.”

Compliance with international reporting standards The 2025 Integrated Activity Report, published by Anadolu Sigorta, which is listed on Borsa Istanbul, aligns with the reporting requirements of the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Authority (SEDDK) and the Capital Markets Board (SPK). In addition, the report follows international frameworks, drawing on the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) framework and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. This alignment enables the company to share financial performance and sustainability initiatives following globally recognized methodologies.

Online Summary Report: A streamlined, accessible experience Recognizing that integrated activity reports are often lengthy, the company digitized the essential information into a concise, navigable format to improve user experience. The online summary offers a focused overview of key sections, including financial performance, strategic priorities, the century-long history, value chain, sustainability approach, and select performance indicators, with a link to access the full report for those seeking more detail.

An approach to sustainability and transparency Anadolu Sigorta has a long-standing practice of sharing its sustainability efforts. Since 2018, its public sustainability reports have transparently showcased environmental and social performance, including climate-related strategies, risks, and opportunities. These disclosures, aligned with the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), enable the company to communicate environmental impacts and sustainability targets on international platforms.
