Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik and Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality have renewed their group life insurance agreement, ensuring that 7,888 municipal employees continue to benefit from the existing coverage. The continuation of this protection reflects a shared commitment to supporting not only the workforce itself but also the long-term well-being of their families.
The renewal was formalized during a signing ceremony hosted by Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality. The event brought together Mayor Fatma Şahin, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik Deputy General Manager Ahmet Altınsoy, and representatives from the municipality, Türkiye İş Bankası, and Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik. The newly signed agreement highlighted the durability of the relationship between the two institutions and reinforced the strength of their ongoing cooperation.
Shared Vision for Employee Security
During the ceremony, Ahmet Altınsoy stated that developing solutions that help protect employees’ futures remains one of the company’s core responsibilities. He described the renewed agreement as a meaningful reflection of a common understanding between the two organizations regarding the need to secure the future of employees and their families.
Altınsoy also stressed the significance of a major local government extending this additional layer of protection not only to its direct workforce but also to employees working in affiliated subsidiaries. According to him, this approach is closely aligned with Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik’s “A Bright Future for Everyone” mission, where vision, determination, and responsibility come together through strong institutional collaboration.
Potential Model for Future Local Partnerships
Altınsoy further noted that the renewed agreement represents a concrete example of mutual trust and goodwill. He added that cooperation with an institution as prominent as Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality may serve as an inspiring model for similar projects in the future and could help open the door to new partnerships with other local authorities.
