Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has selected Antoine Fleury to become Directeur Général France, with the appointment scheduled to take effect on 1 July 2026, pending the required regulatory and internal approvals. The leadership change marks a new chapter for the company’s French operations as it prepares for a transition at the top.
At the same time, Bruno Mostermans, who has overseen the French branch since 2011, will move into an expanded international position. In his new role as Head of Global Customer and Distribution Management, he will take responsibility for worldwide distribution activities as well as broker relationship management.
Leadership transition inside Swiss Re Corporate Solutions
Fleury brings extensive experience within Swiss Re, where he has spent around two decades building his career. Nearly three of those years have been with Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, strengthening his knowledge of the business and its global commercial structure.
Before being chosen to lead the France business, he served in Zurich as Head Global Distribution Management. Earlier in his tenure, he also held positions including Head Customer & Distribution Lead and Sales Excellence, giving him broad exposure to customer strategy, distribution leadership, and commercial performance.
Prior to joining Swiss Re in 2007, Fleury worked at Adecco Management & Consulting, where he gained experience in the human resources and talent solutions sector.
Bruno Mostermans moves to a wider global remit
Mostermans has been part of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions for 15 years and has led the French branch for well over a decade. His move into a global leadership role reflects the company’s confidence in his long-standing experience across distribution and broker engagement.
He joined the business in 2011 after spending ten years at XL Catlin. Earlier in his career, he also worked for seven years at Gras Savoye, the brokerage group that was later acquired by Willis Group in 2015, before the subsequent merger with Towers Watson created Willis Towers Watson, now known as WTW.
