Quick Sigorta is preparing to enter Borsa Istanbul after receiving approval from the Capital Markets Board on 23 July 2026, marking a notable milestone for both the company and the Turkish insurance market. As the sector’s first public offering in 12 years, the transaction will be managed by Garanti BBVA Yatırım, with demand collection scheduled for 29, 30 and 31 July 2026 at a fixed price.
The shares will trade under the ticker QUICK, and the structure of the offering stands out because it is based entirely on a capital increase. In other words, no existing shareholder sale will take place, and the proceeds generated from the IPO will go directly into the company. Maher Holding Insurance Group Chairman Ahmet Yaşar described the approval as the start of a new phase for the Turkish insurance industry and emphasized that the model is designed to strengthen the company’s long-term financial capacity.
Offering Structure and Key Dates
Quick Sigorta will become the seventh insurance company listed on the stock exchange. Investors will be able to place orders during the three-day subscription period of 29–31 July 2026. The public offering price has been set at 76.60 TL per share for shares with a nominal value of 1 TL, while the ceremonial market debut and gong event are expected on 6 August 2026.

Order collection dates: 29, 30 and 31 July 2026. Share price: 76.60 TL. BIST ticker: QUICK. Consortium leader: Garanti BBVA Yatırım. Planned exchange debut: 6 August 2026.
Capital Increase-Focused IPO Model
The entire public offering has been designed through newly issued shares rather than a secondary sale. This means the company’s current capital of 433,300,000 TL will rise to 481,612,950 TL after the issuance of 48,312,950 shares. The total size of the offering is calculated at 3,700,771,970 TL, and the expected free float ratio is 10.03%.
Applications are open to domestic retail investors as well as domestic institutional investors. The absence of shareholder selling is one of the most distinctive aspects of this IPO, as it channels all collected funds directly into corporate growth and capital strengthening.
Financial Scale and Market Presence
Operating under the umbrella of Maher Holding, Quick Sigorta enters the market with substantial financial size. Based on Turkish Insurance Association data for March 2026, the company ranks among the top five non-life insurers in Turkey by total assets and equity. Its reported figures include 101.5 billion TL in total assets and 25.1 billion TL in equity.
The company also maintains a broad distribution network of around 9,000 agents and has issued more than 30 million policies since its establishment. These indicators underline both the scale of its operations and its deep penetration across the domestic insurance market.
Strong Position in Traffic Insurance and Product Range
Quick Sigorta provides coverage across major branches including motor own damage, health, fire, natural disaster and transportation insurance. According to official sector data for March 2026, the company holds a leading position in motor third-party liability insurance, covering one out of every seven vehicles in Turkey.
Beyond its traditional insurance activities, the company has also drawn attention with its innovative Building Completion Insurance product, also referred to as urban transformation insurance. This offering provides an added layer of financial assurance for urban regeneration projects and reinforces the company’s role as an innovator within the sector.
Management Message on the IPO
Commenting on the process, Ahmet Yaşar stated that the offering represents a first in many years for the insurance field and highlighted the company’s guiding principle as “Resources to the Company, Value for the Future.” He stressed that every fund raised in the public offering will remain within the company and be used to support a stronger capital structure and sustainable value creation.
Yaşar also invited policyholders, business partners and the company’s agent network to take part in this new chapter, presenting the IPO as both a growth step for Quick Sigorta and a strong expression of confidence in Turkey’s capital markets and the future of the Turkish insurance sector.
