The second term of HDI Campus has come to an end
The second phase of the HDI Campus programme, run by HDI Sigorta for second-generation agents and sales teams, has come to an end. The 35 participants who completed the training received their certificates at a ceremony held at HDI Sigorta’s head office.
Scope of the training and participant profile
The programme involved 35 participants aged between 22 and 30. Over the course of approximately 50 hours of training, participants received instruction in technical insurance, leadership development, financial literacy and sales strategies. The programme also included industry networking events, field experience and personal development activities.
Trainers and technical content
The training sessions were delivered by leading experts in various fields. Beşir Kemal Ustaoğlu, Prof. Dr Ali Hepşen, Rüzgar Mira Okan and Levent Erden were among those featured in the programme. The technical insurance training sessions were conducted by HDI Sigorta’s senior management and experienced technical teams.
Company valuation
Sinem Gürün, Deputy General Manager for Claims at HDI Sigorta, emphasised that investing in young talent is crucial for the sector’s sustainable growth. She stated that the programme is run with the aim of contributing to the development of young professionals who will play a role in the future of the insurance sector.
