Aon has widened its footprint in Bengaluru by opening an expanded global capability centre at The Earth Centre by Vista Spaces in Whitefield. The move underlines the company’s ongoing investment in India as a major hub supporting its international business functions and integrated service delivery.
Through its capability centres in India, alongside a limited number of similar hubs in Europe and Latin America, Aon supports connected operations across Risk Capital and Human Capital. The enlarged Bengaluru facility reflects the broker’s broader long-term direction of improving global coordination, encouraging innovation, and reinforcing operational resilience.
Role of the Bengaluru facility
The new office serves as an important local anchor in Aon’s worldwide network, bringing together talent, technology, and specialist expertise. By strengthening these connections, the centre is expected to play a key part in how the company delivers work and supports clients across multiple markets.
Designed as a modern and collaborative workplace, the facility includes flexible work settings, upgraded meeting rooms, dedicated training areas, and shared spaces that encourage teamwork and the exchange of knowledge. The overall environment is intended to support collaboration, learning, and stronger team performance.
Focus on workplace and sustainability
Set within a LEED-certified building, the office also reflects Aon’s emphasis on sustainability and employee experience. Its layout has been developed around openness, accessibility, and connectivity, creating a people-focused setting that aligns with the company’s workplace values.
Aon currently operates capability centres in Bengaluru, Noida, and Gurgaon, while its client-facing office network extends across 17 additional cities, including Mumbai and Delhi. This wider presence reinforces the importance of India within the firm’s global operating model.
Shiney Prasad, Head of Aon’s global capability centres, said the Bengaluru expansion marks a meaningful step in improving how work is delivered across the organisation. She noted that India remains central to Aon’s global operations and said the investment demonstrates a long-term commitment to growing capabilities in the country through a highly collaborative and future-ready environment.
