The platform analyses users’ needs in just a few steps to recommend the most suitable health insurance options. Mira, the AI assistant available at enkolaysaglik.com, interacts directly with users to provide a comparison service for supplementary and private health insurance based on their health status, age, budget and coverage preferences.
Behind the platform lies an AI model trained on a vast dataset of insurance data. This model analyses the user’s profile to calculate estimated premium ranges and provide a comparison of options. Mira, which operates on a generative AI infrastructure, answers all the user’s questions in a conversational format, using clear and straightforward language.
The services offered by EnKolaySağlık are not limited to private health insurance comparison. The platform also analyses the cover provided by existing policies, explains to users which healthcare services are covered, and makes it easy to find affiliated hospitals.
The platform, which is currently in the beta phase, plans to integrate with insurance companies’ web services in the near future to offer users the ability to issue policies directly.
The platform operates within the framework of licensed insurance brokerage services in accordance with the regulations of the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Authority (SEDDK).
