AgeSA, Aksigorta and Medisa have restructured their marketing organisations with the aim of offering more comprehensive solutions to customers’ insurance needs. As part of this, the marketing, digital transformation, brand and communications functions of the three companies have been restructured.
Under the new structure, Ayli Begüm Sayınta, who previously served as Head of the Customer Contact Centre at Akbank, has been appointed to the role of Deputy General Manager for Marketing, Digital and Transformation. Sayınta will lead strategy, digitalisation and customer experience initiatives for AgeSA, Aksigorta and Medisa.
The role of Deputy General Manager for Product Management, Brand and Corporate Communications has been filled by Roşan Dilek, who currently serves as Deputy General Manager for Marketing and Strategy at AgeSA. Dilek will be responsible for managing the brand and corporate communications activities of the three companies under a shared vision. She will also continue to lead product management and pricing processes in the pension and life insurance sectors.
The aim of the new structure is to strengthen the synergy between AgeSA, Aksigorta and Medisa, thereby accelerating customer-focused transformation processes.
