
Allianz Trade Türkiye organised the 12th edition of its traditional Agents’ Meeting in Istanbul. At the event, where the company brought together its agents, it reviewed its global strategy, its priorities within its Turkish operations and its agenda for 2026.
At the meeting, Ömer Gürcan Köseoğlu, General Manager of Allianz Trade Türkiye, shared the company’s international strategic perspective, key areas of transformation in global operations, and the role of the Turkish market within this framework. Köseoğlu congratulated the agents on their strong start towards the 2025 targets and outlined the key focus areas for 2026.
Commercial Deputy General Manager Nazlı Berna Aktuvar, meanwhile, provided insights into new customer acquisition, maintaining portfolio quality, and the impact of digitalisation investments on business processes. Agency Channel Manager Özlem Sibel Engil and Customer Relationship Management Manager Nazli Altundag discussed the agency channel’s 2025 performance, sharing information on sustainable production, customer experience and communication processes.
Altuğ Karagöz, Deputy General Manager of Loans, highlighted the importance of data-driven management in strategic growth whilst outlining planned developments in credit processes. Seray Özsoy, Head of the Credit Allocation Group, also presented analyses on global and local risks, sectoral developments and the economic outlook.
Fatih Baş, Manager of Surety Insurance, assessed the contributions of partnerships to market leadership and provided information on recent surety projects and their outcomes.
During the open session held as part of the meeting, current economic developments and sector trends were discussed with the agents. Additionally, plaques of achievement were presented to agents who demonstrated high performance in 2025.
