Aksigorta has launched a new scheme for its home insurance customers. Under the scheme, compensation payments will be made on the next working day following the settlement of home damage claims.
With this move, the company aims to enhance the customer experience by making claims processes faster and more transparent. Aksigorta continues to offer cover options tailored to different needs, such as Home Insurance, which provides protection against basic risks, and Premium Akkonut Insurance, which offers a wider scope of cover.
Zeynep Eröktem, Deputy General Manager of Customer Claims Management and Legal Affairs at Aksigorta, noted that property damage directly affects customers’ daily lives, and stated that making payments on the next working day following the settlement of claims would reduce uncertainty and provide customers with faster support.
