Representatives of Mavi Group—Ömer Şahbaz, Mustafa Kılınç and Ece Ülken—who are preparing for the elections to the Insurance Professional Committee of the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO), attended the Insurance İzmir – Insurance Stakeholders Cooperation Fair and Summit.
The Mavi Group team, which took part in the event bringing together insurance agents, insurance companies, experts and sector stakeholders from all over Turkey, held numerous meetings throughout the fair to assess the sector’s current agenda. Stepping up their engagement ahead of the upcoming insurance professional committee elections, the team had the opportunity to listen to requests from the field and share proposed solutions.
During the meetings and one-to-one discussions held as part of the fair, topics such as the current challenges faced by agents, commission structures, sectoral sustainability, digital transformation processes and raising insurance awareness were addressed. Representatives of Mavi Group also shared their activities in Antalya and their objectives regarding the professional committee with sector representatives.
Ömer Şahbaz, who has recently drawn attention for his work in the Antalya insurance sector, was among the figures attracting significant interest during the fair. Şahbaz held various meetings not only with agents but also with senior executives of insurance companies and sector representatives. It was noted that these contacts, held ahead of the ATSO Insurance Professional Committee elections, contributed to strengthening the exchange of ideas among different segments of the sector.
The Mavi Group team, which had the opportunity to meet with numerous stakeholders throughout the Insurance İzmir Fair and Summit, discussed the future of the sector whilst exchanging views on enhancing professional solidarity and developing solutions to the common challenges faced by agents.
