Aon has widened the reach of its Claims Copilot platform, introducing the claims management solution across North America, Asia Pacific, and selected countries in EMEA. The broader launch follows a pilot introduced in November 2025 and reflects an important step in the company’s worldwide rollout of the platform.
The firm said Claims Copilot now brings together a large share of its global claims management information within one technology environment. This system supports Aon’s network of 1,800 claims professionals working across more than 50 countries, helping create a more connected operating model for claims handling.
Aon Claims Copilot combines claims data with advanced analytics in a unified platform designed to improve consistency, transparency, and data-informed decision-making for clients internationally. The company also positioned the platform as part of its wider investment in analytics and technology, alongside tools such as Aon Broker Copilot and its Risk Analyzers and Diagnostics solutions.
Aon stated that further expansion is planned in additional EMEA markets as well as Latin America over the coming months. This continued rollout is expected to reinforce the platform’s position as a key element of the firm’s global Commercial Risk operations.
Joe Peiser, CEO of Risk Capital at Aon, said the platform reflects the company’s ongoing focus on delivering stronger information, advice, and solutions through technology. He noted that embedding these capabilities into claims management can help teams provide more consistent outcomes, detect patterns earlier, and support clients in making better decisions related to risk and capital strategies.
Mona Barnes, Global Chief Claims Officer for Commercial Risk at Aon, said that combining expert advocacy with advanced analytics gives clients greater visibility and control over their claims. She added that as the platform expands worldwide, Aon is improving team coordination, strengthening collaboration, and building a more integrated and data-driven claims experience.
