Abdullah Baykuşoğlu, Director of Claims and Legal Affairs at ANA Sigorta—who has held various roles in the insurance sector for many years and is one of the industry’s well-liked and widely followed figures—has announced his departure from the company.
Baykuşoğlu shared his decision to step down with the public via a post on his social media account. In his statement, Baykuşoğlu noted that his role at ANA Sigorta, which he had taken up on 3 February 2025, had come to an end as of today. He stated that, throughout his tenure, he and his team had managed significant processes and delivered value-creating initiatives during a challenging and highly uncertain period for the sector.
In his post, Baykuşoğlu thanked the executive team he had worked with, as well as colleagues in the Claims and Legal departments, alongside those in sales, finance, technical and all other departments, for their contributions and collaboration. He concluded his statement with the words: “It’s time for a bit of a rest. I look forward to seeing you all again in new projects and new experiences…”
