Hepiyi Sigorta brought together 350 agents from Ankara and nearby provinces at the Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Centre on 19 June as part of the fourth gathering in its Hepiyi Buluşmalar series. The event opened with a welcome coffee and continued with a detailed presentation on the company’s recent performance, changing dynamics in the insurance market, ongoing technology investments and strategic targets for the future.
Following the main session, participants continued their conversations during a cocktail reception held in a warm and engaging atmosphere, accompanied by a live quartet performance. The meeting served not only as a business update but also as a platform for direct dialogue between the company’s management and its agency network.
Strong Financial Momentum in the First Quarter
During his speech, Hepiyi Sigorta Managing Director Şenol Ortaç reviewed the company’s journey over the past four years and shared key figures from the first quarter of 2026. He stated that the insurer, which issued its first policy in June 2022, has rapidly secured a prominent place in the sector.
According to Ortaç, Hepiyi Sigorta has reached nearly 2 billion TL in net profit, making it one of the five most profitable companies in the industry. He also noted that the company’s assets under management have surpassed 40 billion TL, adding that Hepiyi Sigorta stands out as the fastest-growing company in equity capital among the top 20 players in the sector.
An Agency Model Built on Equality
A major focus of the Ankara meeting was the company’s agency-centred operating model. Ortaç stressed that Hepiyi Sigorta has shaped its partnerships with agencies around the principles of fairness, equal opportunity and sustainable development since day one. Today, around 9,500 agencies work with the company under the same commercial conditions.
He underlined that all agents are treated equally in areas such as pricing, premium structure and commission policy. This commitment to equal commercial terms was presented as one of the core drivers behind the company’s growth together with its agency network.
The company also shared details of its digital sales approach. Although policy sales are available through hepiyi.com.tr, Hepiyi Sigorta stated that it does not collaborate with any single privileged digital platform and applies the same terms across all sales channels. Ortaç further emphasized that the company was the first insurer to recognize portfolio ownership rights, adopting a model designed to protect agents’ customer ownership. In line with that approach, customer contact information is not collected through agency sales, and the policy issuance system does not even include a field for entering such details.
Technology-Led Claims Management
Another important part of the presentation focused on the company’s claims operations and the role of technology in accelerating service. Hepiyi Sigorta stated that it currently holds a leading position in claims payment speed in Turkey for both motor third-party liability and comprehensive motor insurance. The company also highlighted its ability to process claims seven days a week as a clear differentiator in the market.
Ortaç explained that artificial intelligence-supported systems have significantly transformed claims handling procedures. These tools not only improve customer satisfaction but also help agencies complete operational steps faster and more efficiently.
AI-Powered Instant Claims Payment
One of the most notable announcements at the meeting was the Instant Claims Payment System developed by Hepiyi Sigorta. Through this AI-driven solution, customers can digitally upload claim files, photographs and other required documents without delay.
Once the documents are submitted, artificial intelligence evaluates the claim within seconds. For suitable cases, the payment process can be completed in around 30 seconds. Company representatives stated that this solution is unmatched not only in Turkey but also in Europe, making it a remarkable innovation for customer experience in insurance.
New Mobile App for Agencies
The event also featured the introduction of the Hepiyi Agency Mobile App, created to help agents manage their daily business in a quicker and more practical way. With the app, agencies can more easily access quotation tools, policy operations, sales functions and other administrative processes.
It was also announced that the mobile application will continue to evolve, with new features expected to be added in the near future to further support agency productivity.
The Hepiyi Meetings Series Will Expand
At the close of the presentation, a question-and-answer session gave agents the opportunity to address company executives directly and share their perspectives. The Ankara meeting, which marked the fourth stop after Bursa, Istanbul and Izmir, ended with a cocktail gathering.
Company management confirmed that the Hepiyi Meetings series will continue in different cities across Turkey, reflecting Hepiyi Sigorta’s intention to maintain close and continuous engagement with its agency community.
