QNB Sigorta has once again been included in the ‘50 Companies in Turkey That Attract Innovators’ survey conducted by Fast Company Türkiye, making the list for the second year running.
In a study conducted by Fast Company Türkiye to identify companies that create suitable working environments to attract, develop and retain innovative employees, the companies’ practices regarding the employee experience, their approaches to intrapreneurship, the extent to which employees’ ideas are put into practice, and their efforts to attract and develop innovative talent were assessed.
Following a study conducted in accordance with Fast Company Global’s methodology and reviewed by an independent panel, QNB Sigorta was included in the list for the working environment and human resources practices it offers its employees.
