Anadolu Sigorta has expanded its senior leadership structure with the appointment of İnanç Duyar and Aydın Bozdemir as Deputy General Managers, effective 22 May 2026. Both executives have built long-standing careers in areas critical to the company’s development and now step into broader responsibilities within the organisation.
The latest management changes reflect Anadolu Sigorta’s continued focus on strengthening expertise across strategic functions such as reinsurance, risk governance, digital transformation and marketing. With extensive professional backgrounds and deep institutional knowledge, both appointees are set to contribute to the company’s future direction at senior level.
İnanç Duyar’s Career Path in Risk, Actuarial and Reinsurance Functions
A graduate of Marmara University’s Department of Mathematics, İnanç Duyar later completed postgraduate studies in Mathematical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University. He joined Anadolu Sigorta in 2006, beginning his career in the Risk Management Directorate.
In 2011, Duyar became a registered actuary with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. His responsibilities within the company continued to grow after moving to the Actuarial Department in 2015. He was appointed Deputy Director of the department in 2018, then advanced to Director of Risk Management and Internal Control in 2020, followed by Director of Risk Management in 2022.
Most recently, he was named Reinsurance and Procurement Coordinator on 1 September 2023. As of 22 May 2026, he has officially taken office as Deputy General Manager, bringing with him significant expertise in actuarial systems, risk oversight and reinsurance operations.
Aydın Bozdemir Takes on Expanded Leadership in Digitalisation and Marketing
Aydın Bozdemir graduated from the Department of Economics at Middle East Technical University in 2007 and started his professional career in the same year at Türkiye İş Bankası as a Trainee Assistant Specialist. Between 2008 and 2018, he served as an inspector within the bank’s Audit Committee, gaining broad experience in control and inspection processes.
His career later shifted toward digital banking leadership. In 2018, Bozdemir became Deputy Manager in the Digital Banking Department, and in 2022 he was promoted to Head of Unit in the same division. He joined Anadolu Sigorta on 1 June 2024 as Marketing and Digital Insurance Coordinator.
Since 22 May 2026, Bozdemir has been serving as Deputy General Manager. He also holds the internationally recognised Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation awarded by the CFA Institute, underscoring his expertise in investment analysis and financial strategy.
With these appointments, Anadolu Sigorta reinforces its top management team through leaders experienced in both operational depth and digital innovation.
